This was a follow up from an appt. In January. Dr. Houston was cordial knowledgeable of my file. When I mentioned having more problems with dizziness he did a thorough work up to check balance and strength, even though that wasn't why I there. Finding that my balance and strength were fine, he basically said I was good to have my Primary care toI appreciated that. handle medication but to call if something else needed his attention.

The doctor was great

I had to switch insurance companies about two years ago to Providence and I have always had a very positive encounter with whomever I was seeing. I think the Providence facilities are great and every doctor I have seen has been very courteous, professional, istened to me and answered any questions I had. Thank you.

Everyone seems so nice to me and the understanding the doctor very well

The doctor just seemed a bit aloof. Almost like he's given up on my dad. I don't know it was my first visit so I don't know what's happening in the past.

My care provider (i.e. Dr. Drew M. Houston for this last appointment) was attentive to what I had to say, and both explicitly disclosed and strongly implied an interest in the true nature of past epileptic seizures I have had, including: what I experienced before, during, and after the seizure; and possible causes for the seizure. He may already have my medical records, but nonetheless wanted to hear it from me in order to better understand what had really happened with my previous seizures.

All the medical staff and doctor engaged and pleasant while doing fine work for me.
