Straight to the point

This was a great way for Dr. Jong to communicate with his patient (me) and family. It was efficient also.

Had to wait 6 months to see Dr Jong. Also referred a friend to Dr Jong because he is so thorough, caring, medically competent. But our friend felt he couldn't wait so LONG to see Dr Jong. Need more experienced, competent doctors like Dr Jong !!

Does routine followup well. Empathetic approach, issues of daily life not so much.

The doctor seemed flat, monotone, unengaged. He seemed like he had a script and process to follow, only wanted the most brief clear answers, with no discussion. He went methodically through the process like a robot. He was only focused on an analysis of dementia, which I clearly don't have, and was not interested in anything neurological outside of this focus. We completed the evaluation, but I didn't learn anything new.

He is a good listener and takes his time to answer questions. He is kind and pleasant in manner

I appreciate very much the care, consideration and thoroughness provided by Dr. Jong in my visit(s) with him. He has previously arranged for appropriate tests following his examinations; I believe that I've benefited from his analysis of the test results, and his subsequent advice as well as medication prescribed.

I have been happy with all my care with Providence. My only concern is the amount of paper that is sent out. There must be a way to limit it or go paperless for those who would like to.

It took a very long time to get an appointment and then it was changed and moved out for months. This was to check for dementia and wasn't going to get any better by waiting. The appointment itself was very good. Dr was very thorough and took his time in questioning and now it's wait again for different tests.

This was my first visit; the doctor was not unfriendly but very much kept the interaction on point. I appreciate his no-nonsense approach.

I have had many care providers over the years, since I had polio at age 3. I really appreciate that they all seemed to make sure that my treatments were working correctly. Dr. Jong tends to move on pretty quickly, but when I find the reference books and manuals, he seems to be on the right track.

Dr Jong is a patient and soft spoken provider. This as a virtual visit but his visual presence was fine.

Dr. Jong is attentive, thorough and caring. Both he and the nurse practitioner were thorough and professional. Dr. Jong's comments and conclusions resonated well -- he explained test results in a way that definitely made sense -- and he was able to recommend medication that seems appropriate.

We were there early and admitted right away. Doctor Jong was respectful and listened to our concerns. We are awaiting comments from the blood test results.

I learned more about my condition in my first visit than what I learned the last 5.5 years with another doctor. He doesn't just want to monitor symptom progression, he wants to diagnose specifically what is going and immediately start a treatment plan.

My recent experience with Dr Jong was very helpful. He answered my question clearly and with respect in a very difficult time.I did have a problem with scheduling with another Doctor's practice and found that I was nearing no longer being a patient because I had lost track of my followup appointments. I had also lost taking one of my required prescriptions. A followup with a PA (very good) reestablish my patient status and restored my prescription status. I will now make an appointment with my Regular Doctor. This was probably my fault

Prompt and informative.

I sometimes have trouble hearing what medical people are saying, since I use hearing aids. The doctor and his staff provided printed results sheets that were very easy to understand. This applied to the appointment process too.

Dr. Jong seems knowledgeable. He seems less empathetic than I would expect him to be in seeing patients with my diagnosis
