The experience was excellent because the provider was thorough and knowledgeable and was very clear in the way she explained the issues to me.

I had a hard time following her explaining the problems with my Cervical, and Lumbar nerve damage. She had the CD of the MRI that I had done in [Location] where I live. I didn't follow completely what she was saying as she was showing explaining the damage that I had. The pictures were unrecognizable to me as I don't look at MRI's very often, so I had a hard time following it. She went through it very fast which made it even harder to follow what what she was saying. She was very thorough in explaining it, but I just really didn't understand what she said. She also doesn't talk very loud and I'm hard of hearing so I it I just didn't completely hear her. It's my fault for not telling her about my hearing problem and I wasn't understanding what she said. I didn't ask many questions so I believe she wasn't aware of my problem of not completely understanding her. I think she was doing a good job but the difficulty I was having was my fault for not saying anything. It's unusual for me not to ask alot of questions to make myself understand a doctor's explanation of whatever is wrong with me. Just ask my primary provider, I think I drive her crazy with all my questions every month when I see her. I have a list questions for her. Overall I'd to do It over again so that I could see what I missed by not understanding her. I think she is very knowledgeable of her work. I think she was personable.

I thought the information she provided was through and easy to understand. I also learned information about carpel tunnel and other causes of the sensation in my hands that causes so much discomfort. The one question that wasn't addressed was when I should be seen following the back films. I was given the name of the MD I was referred to for my hands, but I lost the information and will call your office soon. Thank you.
