Dr. Cook is a real gem. I couldn't ask for a better neurosurgeon. He is interesting/interested, compassionate, understanding, and totally competent.

Dr Richard Cook is one of, if not THE best provider I have EVER seen. He listens. He is kind. He doesn't make you feel rushed or unheard. He is sympathetic to what you're going through. He gave me and my husband his personal number to contact him about the health issues I've had going on the last three months. He is honestly amazing and I wish there were more doctor like him. Everyone deserves a doctor like him. He is phenomenal.

This was my first visit with Dr. Richard Cook. I was extremely impressed with his demeanor, his friendliness and obviously his knowledge. I'm pleased that Dr. Cook will be doing my back surgery this coming Thursday

Loved the doctor, but it took over a month for the referral to go through and get an appointment.

I've only seen Dr. Cook once for spine surgery. He has a wonderful demeanor, very informative and thorough in explaining the benefits and possible problems with my surgery. He left me feeling hopeful for relief.

Dr Cook was very friendly and explained everything completely. He made me like he really cared.

The doctor reviewed my MRI results and provided recommendations for non-surgical treatment that took into account my age and physical condition. I was surprised but it made sense. He took time to explain his reasoning and made me feel comfortable with the recommendation.
