About Erica M. Quenville
Erica Quenville PA-C is a nationally board certified physician assistant specializing in Otolaryngology. She specializes in the treatment of ear conditions such as hearing loss, tinnitus, dizziness, and ear infections. Erica received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Loyola Marymount University. Before attending PA school, she worked as an EMT and a medical scribe in an ER. She then attended the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine to receive her Master’s degree of Physician Assistant Practice. After graduating USC in 2016, Erica joined the USC Keck Medical Center Department of Otolaryngology and Head & Neck Surgery. She worked in the Division of Otology, Neurotology and Lateral Skull Base Surgery, alongside Dr. Courtney Voelker and other experienced surgeons. She gained expertise in the area of otology, seeing many patients independently as well as team-based care of complex surgical patients. She has procedural experience with cerumen removal, intra-tympanic ear injections and ear tube placement. Erica has also served as a guest lecturer for the USC Keck School of Medicine Physician Assistant program, covering otolaryngology topics for the past 3 years. In 2025, Erica is excited to join the team at Pacific Eye and Ear Specialists to offer comprehensive and compassionate care for her patients alongside Dr. Courtney Voelker.

Having experienced vertigo for some weeks, I scheduled an appointment for a vertigo evaluation to be followed by an appointment with Erica Quenville. This physician's assistant was outstanding. In order to reduce my wait time, she rescheduled me during a very busy period. That did not interfere with Erica's knowledge of my situation, her intent listening to my concerns, or her ability to thoroughly and comprehensively explain the relevant medical information. She encouraged questions and responded to them completely. She is to be commended for such high level clinical and personal traits. I am fortunate to have received care from Erica Quenville.
