Erica was an excellent provider and was very gentle in removing the wax for my ears. She did a thorough job and I made a return appointment with her because I felt confident in her skills and enjoyed my visit with her.

Having experienced vertigo for some weeks, I scheduled an appointment for a vertigo evaluation to be followed by an appointment with Erica Quenville. This physician's assistant was outstanding. In order to reduce my wait time, she rescheduled me during a very busy period. That did not interfere with Erica's knowledge of my situation, her intent listening to my concerns, or her ability to thoroughly and comprehensively explain the relevant medical information. She encouraged questions and responded to them completely. She is to be commended for such high level clinical and personal traits. I am fortunate to have received care from Erica Quenville.

The only "criticism" I have is that the physician's assistant I saw (regular physician was leaving on vacation in 2 days and his schedule was totally filled), gave me a follow-up "test" for vertigo (placing the head in a certain position) and it wasn't the exact placement as the regular ENT doctor I had seen. It still gave an accurate result, because my vertigo was pretty much resolved and it actually wasn't the main reason I was there (ear pain in opposite ear, which she addressed). I was/am satisfied.

Erica Quenville is a PA and not a physician. That said, I believe she was better and more knowledgeable than any EMT I have visited In the past, and I've been to some good ones!

I am truly grateful for her knowledge and medical "curiosity" in taking the time to research this uncommon condition. I feel very confident entrusting her with my ongoing care.
