Dr. Lin walked in to the room, knowing my history and exactly why I was there. She provided clear and easy to understand answers to all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with all decisions made. I am incredibly grateful to have her as one of my providers. Her medical assistant was also very good. She knows this is usually a stressful situation and she put me at ease right away. In past appointments with Dr. Lin, has referred me to specialists that have helped get me on the right track to work through some medical situations. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Lin her team and the specialists she has referred me to. They have all worked together to help resolve my medical issue in a kind, caring, and extremely knowledgeable way.

My first visit with Dr Lin and was such an improvement from Dr Franks.

I was not seen until over one hour past my appointment time. While it is clear that Dr. Lin is a capable provider, I felt rushed and did not experience as thorough an annual exam as with my previous provider. I understand that Dr. Lin had other patients who had been waiting over an hour as I was but I am concerned that my care - for an annual visit with a new gynecologist - was rushed in the office's attempts to get the schedule back on track. I selected Dr. Lin due to positive reviews but I am considering looking for a different provider due to my experience.

She was very understanding and addressed all my concerns with care and compassion, I really appreciated her willingness to address my issue's

Dr Lin is always great!

I needed to find a GYN that I loved after Dr Henderson retired. I tried the PA (who was great, but I want an actual regular doctor), I tried another GYN at the Fullerton Women's Center and felt like I was just another number to her. So this year I tried Dr Lin and she was fantastic. She was personable. She took her time and answered my questions. I think I've finally found a terrific replacement for Dr Henderson.

I would have liked to get a printout of the after visit summary along with the mammogram referral I was told I'd receive. I didn't receive either. I looked online at mychart and don't see referral there. Also, in order to download after visit summary, there is a warning that other apps might access information. So, I didn't want to risk that happening and was not able to view after visit summary.I will probably follow up with doctor's office to get this information mailed to me.

Dr.Lin took the time to explained and answered all my questions, which really put me at ease.

I've never had a bad experience. That's why I keep coming back.

Dr. Lin is professional, attentive, has great bedside manner, friendly; she's everything you could ask for in a medical provider. If all my med providers were like her, I would be so happy.

The doctor would only The minimum exam. She told me that if I needed to talk about anything else, I would have to pay out-of-pocket for a consultation.

Dr. Lin is very professional. When my previous gynecologist retired my internist Dr. Garcia immediately recommended her with good reason. On my first appointment with her, she found large ovarian cysts. Dr. Lin ordered testing promptly and set about getting a treatment plan together. She made herself available to answer questions about that treatment plan and for follow up care. There are many things I do not like about how things operate under Providence, but I am very pleased to be Dr. Lin's patient.

Dr. Vivian Lin was very professional, listened to my concerns and addressed them and took time with me. She is a very pleasant person and easy to talk to.

I felt that I had to wait more than 6 weeks for pelvic pain. I didn't know the cause but if it had been cancer it would have impacted my prognosis greatly.It was my first visit with Dr Lin. I found her very attentive, approachable and the tests she ordered appropriate for my chief complaint.

The only problem is the wait time after you make an appointment. It takes about three months to get an appointment, which is disappointing. However, I do love going to Dr. Lin and I appreciate her thoroughness.

Dr. Lin had been providing care for me ever since she joined St. Jude. I am so happy with her that even though I moved away,I still drive over an hour to come see her.
