Tragic need for my last minute emergency apt but the fact Dr Ramirez and her staff accommodated me for a same day apt I truly felt valued and like she and the staff cared about me. They didn't push me off and tel me to go to the ER they made time in their schedule to have me come in same day even though it was devastating news with my miscarriage. I had been calling another provider for over a week to try and schedule an apt so this place exceeded all my expectations by actually picking up when I called and the quickness at getting me scene given my circumstances. Although not the outcome I was hoping for, I truly appreciate Dr rameriz and her team for making me feel important and treating me right away.

I have been seeing dr Ramirez for sometime now and she is fantastic and so is her staff!

I was able to make an appointment quickly and the next procedure appointments were set up quickly.

The front office clerk was a bit unwelcoming which set the tone to be a bit odd. The assistant in the back was kind.Dr. Ramirez was relateable, listened, and seemed to really care about my concerns -- much appreciated.

Dr. Ramirez is a respectable, conscientious, good doctor. Where I went in for routine pap smear, she discovered by manual examination that I have potential issues with my uterus and there is a large possibility I have ovarian cancer. She made a special appointment for me with my travel schedule to get in sooner than the regularly available one month away. Though I'm not able to make the appointment, I appreciate she is trying to help me with my possibly urgent or life threatening healthcare need. I feel confident l just her ability and experience if I should undergo surgery or treatment in coming weeks.

My initial visits to this group was very frustrating because I had a problem I felt was urgent. The phone system could be improved. I do however really like the doctors I selected & got the referral I needed.

Dr. Ramirez is amazing! Her office runs like a well oiled machine.

Dr. Ramirez has always been good about most of my gynecological exams. This time I had some mild to moderate pain in my groin area, and I had asked to see her for a vaginal ultrasound, and it was done in a very timely manner, and I greatly appreciated that. In fact, she looked at the results and there was a mass attached to my ovary of 15mm and ordered an ova one test that was going to Texas and I got the results in less than 48 hours back even though they had said it would take one to two weeks. Thankfully, this very small tumor is not likely malignant, and I was very happy with the way this was handled. Now I have to proceed accordingly and get this removed even though it isn't likely malignant and decide which doctor I'm going to use to do so.
