My experience was as good as could be.

Good medical care and it is very easy to make an appointment if you have an emergency or if you need to expedite your appointment they look for other doctors or more recent dates that are available

Dr. Ramirez has been my provider for the last 13 years. She's very professional, knowledgeable, and always treats me with respect. I feel confident in her care and know that my health is in good hands at her practice. She listens to my concerns and orders follow-up tests (mammograms) to ensure everything is okay.

I completely understand that she was coming from a delivery Appointments I had in the past, for my yearly, They seemed a bit more thorough, (at another practice)not just pelvic and breast, but they seem to check everything else like your throat your ears you're nodules And she didn't do any of that she only checked my breathing, my breast, and my pelvic. If she had checked my ears that would've given me the opportunity to tell her that I've been getting bad ear aches But she didn't check my ears so I didn't remember to say anything to her about it. I had told her that I had been experiencing horrendous leg cramps (nightly) since November And my records will show that I have had ultrasound done on my arteries in my veins But when I told her that I was experiencing bad leg cramps, her response was @take magnesium", and she moved on I explained to her that I was already taking magnesium and potassium But she never bothered to ask the milligrams For a yearly check up I just thought there would be more involved in my overall health. I asked her about a breast reduction and her response back was. "Lose weight" I have been trying to do that diligently since returning back to the gym in November I waited a couple of months for this appointment so I would get questions answered, and honestly nothing was really answered. It's my first bad experience that I have had with Providence ever. I started at Providence in 2023 and I absolutely love it! I even gave a glowing review every visit that I have ever had And especially at the new facility here in San Clemente when I had to go to urgent care.Also, does anyone really read this? If so, feel free to give me a call and I'd like to elaborate more about it over the phone.

Tragic need for my last minute emergency apt but the fact Dr Ramirez and her staff accommodated me for a same day apt I truly felt valued and like she and the staff cared about me. They didn't push me off and tel me to go to the ER they made time in their schedule to have me come in same day even though it was devastating news with my miscarriage. I had been calling another provider for over a week to try and schedule an apt so this place exceeded all my expectations by actually picking up when I called and the quickness at getting me scene given my circumstances. Although not the outcome I was hoping for, I truly appreciate Dr rameriz and her team for making me feel important and treating me right away.

I was able to make an appointment quickly and the next procedure appointments were set up quickly.

The front office clerk was a bit unwelcoming which set the tone to be a bit odd. The assistant in the back was kind.Dr. Ramirez was relateable, listened, and seemed to really care about my concerns -- much appreciated.

Dr. Ramirez is a respectable, conscientious, good doctor. Where I went in for routine pap smear, she discovered by manual examination that I have potential issues with my uterus and there is a large possibility I have ovarian cancer. She made a special appointment for me with my travel schedule to get in sooner than the regularly available one month away. Though I'm not able to make the appointment, I appreciate she is trying to help me with my possibly urgent or life threatening healthcare need. I feel confident l just her ability and experience if I should undergo surgery or treatment in coming weeks.

Would highly recommend my doctor to all females

My initial visits to this group was very frustrating because I had a problem I felt was urgent. The phone system could be improved. I do however really like the doctors I selected & got the referral I needed.

Dr. Ramirez is amazing! Her office runs like a well oiled machine.

Dr. Ramirez has always been good about most of my gynecological exams. This time I had some mild to moderate pain in my groin area, and I had asked to see her for a vaginal ultrasound, and it was done in a very timely manner, and I greatly appreciated that. In fact, she looked at the results and there was a mass attached to my ovary of 15mm and ordered an ova one test that was going to Texas and I got the results in less than 48 hours back even though they had said it would take one to two weeks. Thankfully, this very small tumor is not likely malignant, and I was very happy with the way this was handled. Now I have to proceed accordingly and get this removed even though it isn't likely malignant and decide which doctor I'm going to use to do so.
