My care provider( Veronica Estrada) was very professional but warm and friendly at the same time. She put me at ease and I was very satisfied with the visit.

Providers need to understand that some clients are recovering victims of Sexual Abuse and although it is common day to day work for the provider, the client isn't always familiar with procedures or discomfort that may occur. As a survivor of sexual abuse; provider needs to clearly communicate each step of the procedure and its length of time to myself. Especially when expressing pain or discomfort. Although said procedures are necessary for the safety of mother and child extreme caution and understanding is needed.

I had a very good experience. I have made comments to my friends since about the ease of the appointment. The only thing that I would change is maybe sharing how things were looking at the moment, comments like this looks good. I am assuming since nothing was said everything looked good and nothing needed follow ups. I also forgot to ask about when/how I would get my results from my PAP, that would have been nice to have been told. Overall very happy with everything! Love my physician.
