Coming from another country with very strong healthcare systems, my expectations were admittedly a bit biased at first. Initially, I felt my doctor might be trying to refer me elsewhere to dismiss my concerns, BUT I'm very glad to say my impression completely changed by the end of the appointment.He took the time to explain everything in detail, ordered lab tests immediately so we wouldn't lose an entire cycle, and asked me to reach out once I ovulated so he could order follow-up testing. He even personally followed up after my results posted online. I was genuinely pleased to realize that my initial judgment was wrong.If I could offer one constructive suggestion, it would be regarding intake flow: despite completing a very thorough online check-in and additional physical forms in the office, some of that information seemed to be reviewed for the first time during the appointment. Improving continuity between pre-visit forms and the provider visit could make an already good experience even better.Overall, I appreciated the care, attentiveness, and proactive approach.

Very good blood pressure given by the doctors

I normally do not submit surveys or opinion but for Dr.Hersh was a great experience to have him as my OBGYN that I hope more people would have him. I experienced not so much pleasant doctors but Dr.Hersh has been amazing!

Dr. Hersh was incredibly helpful and informative following my miscarriage. He was kind, clear, and detailed in our conversations. Dr. Hersh ensured that we had the tools we needed to move forward both physically and emotionally and offered support through the process. I appreciated how he explained what had happened honestly, and without using flowery and infantilizing language. He was wonderful!

Everything goes well just the waiting is long

Took an hour and a half to be able to get through my appointment, doctor did not inform me of anything or talk to me about anything regarding pregnancy, seemed very rushed overall would not recommend. Will be switching to another provider/office as soon as I can
