I had my first prenatal visit today and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The nurse practitioner Audrey was incredibly friendly, compassionate, and reassuring. She had such a positive attitude and made me feel comfortable right away. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and never made me feel rushed or silly for asking. As a first-time prenatal visit, this meant so much to me and truly set the tone for a positive pregnancy journey. I'm so grateful for her care and kindness.

I felt extremely comfortable with this provider. In fact, I would like to have my follow up appointments with her. She made me feel very comfortable, safe and easy to talk to. Most importantly, I felt heard and cared for.

When I was getting my arm implant removed, the NP didn't check if the local anesthesia was working before starting the procedure, and also didn't administer the full syringe's worth. As a result, in the beginning of the procedure, I was fully feeling her slicing into my arm. She only administered more anesthesia after I had commented MULTIPLE times about how much it was hurting, and my companion also commented on it as well.

Overall I had a good process with the logistics and customer service of the office. I really like this office staff. The provider was very pleasant but I don't believe the symptoms I went in for were assessed properly.

I felt that Audrey was somewhat dismissive about my concerns.

This was my first visit at this location. If I recieve the same care on future visits, I would have rated a 10 for if I would recommend because the visit was a 10. I just don't know if that's consistent service. If I find that it is, I will definitely recommend. It felt like my provider genuinely cared, which is rare these days. My last experience at Providence (6 years ago and in another city) wasn't positive. I was so nervous for this appointment! My blood pressure was higher than it ever has been and I could feel how fast my heart was beating.. My provider was so excellent and delivered just what I needed. It takes skills to relax me and not many people can, but she did. Most importantly - she was knowledgable and answered all my questions, and more!
