It was a nurse practitioner but I seen the whole time and I asked if she can be my doctor. Nicole she was wonderful.

I feel I am always listened to with any questions or concerns I may have.

I've never had a bad experience with Nicole, she would always hear everything that would concerned me while being pregnant and making me feel secure and answered all of my questions as well

Nicole is warm, empathetic, engaging and so knowledgeable. She answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease.

My regular provider was not available and I was happy to see Nichole Dang and would gladly see her again. She's great at listening and is very good with people!

When I made my appointment, I had requested to see Renee Mestanza, but I saw Nichole Dang. I am not sure what would have happened if they had scheduled me with Nichole from the beginning or if Renee was not available at the last minute. Nichole didn't seem to know why I ended up with her.Nichole was very friendly and made me feel at ease and took care of my exam.

Love the new office & facility

Once in the exam room, I waited over half an hour. Once the NP came in, I felt the appointment was rushed. I wanted to see someone new because I felt like the Dr I had seen in the past years was not listening to me, almost felt the same. Next year I will be looking for a new Ob/Gyn out of this network.

Was an easy and wonderful experience during a stressful time due to a health scare. Nicole Dang was patient and understanding, she was sympathetic and helped ease me through the exam. Her bedside manners are so cheerful and calming. Would 100% recommend her to others. Everyone was very nice and explained everything and were all helpful. Great team.

I walked away from this appointment excited and happy with my decisions to choose this provider. I felt like she answered every question, took the time to explain things in a way I could, as a first time mom, fully understand.

The team of Doctor Firoentino is great. They listen to your questions and answer them thoroughly. Nichole was thoughtful and listened as I cried that my baby was in the NICU and how I was healing from the c-section. Dr. Firoentino is compassionate and does what is right for his patients, his NP is the same. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Dr Dang and staff were very professional and personable!

Brand new (transfer) to Prov/St J. Only met Nicole but spoke with Dr Bignami and both seem very caring and attentive. Very pleased so far with the quality of care.
