My prior gyn retired and Dr. Kiseleva is new to me. I very much liked how she approached health care for older women, explaining her reasoning etc.

The staff is beyond great. I was a difficult new patient and they handled me professionally, kindly and with the utmost attention. The doctor and the ultra sound technician were great. So kind, attentive, professional and knowledgeable. The doctor is so smart and caring. A good mix, but not generally easy to find.

Care provider listened to my situation, provided valuable suggestions and also added bloodwork, which ended up providing crucial information and guidance on what may be influencing my needs with a clear path for next steps. Very grateful for how thorough the evaluation was and the ease of next steps, i.e. Bloodwork available in the same office, on the same day with results provided the following day.

It was excellent especially with the time frame of overall the appointment

The doctor was fantastic. I needed to have an IUD removed and my previous physician had been unable to see it. This doctor did it during the office visit with no problem at all.

Was a really great experience. I was able to see doctor next day I call to the office . Waiting time was around 10 minutes only. Without appointment doctor was able to put me for ultrasound check. Next day I got all my blood tests and urine results, started treatment right away.

I requested that the staff caring for me (ie those in the exam room) wear a mask. I was told that could be accommodated but none of the three staff members who cared for me wore a mask. I really like Dr. Kiseleva. It's why I still come to the office. But please, please honor requests for masking. And if a provider sees a patient masked, they should just put on a mask too. It's the polite thing to do. Some of us can't afford multiple covid infections.

Dr.Kiseleva is such an amazing person and physician. The front desk just needs to be more professional, they represent the doctors, and having loud rude conversations the patients can hear in the lobby looks bad.

Dr. Kiseleva is the best gynecologist I've ever had and truly deserves an award! She's literally like a warm hug!! She takes the time to really listen, asks the right questions, and never ever rushes your visit. Somehow, she makes you feel like you're the only patient she has to see that day. Her calm and caring nature makes it easy to feel comfortable and open up about anything. I was referred to her over 11 years ago when I got pregnant, and I'm so thankful I had her throughout my pregnancy and delivery. That experience alone deserves another positive review! She's the type of doctor who remembers you and your history which shows how much she truly cares about her patients. I've recommended her to friends and family, and they've all said how grateful they are to finally have a doctor they can trust.

Dr. Kiseleva is great!

I had to reschedule my appointment because when I showed up, I was told they do not accept my insurance. After making several calls and talking with my insurance, we found out the problem was that the system had me scheduled under my maiden name and my insurance is under my married name. This should've been an easy fix but instead required me a canceled appointment, rescheduled second appointment and many unnecessary calls. Otherwise, my care during the appointment was excellent. I love Dr. Kiseleva and always feel in good hands with her. She is working with me to figure out an issue and trying to get me in the best position for starting a family.
