During my visit for prenatal care it was very uncomfortable. I have had past pregnancies and this is a new office to me no congratulations or happy smiles or anything the staff seemed very unhappy and during the visit the provider was making it awkward with my fianc? . These are visits that are supposed to be welcoming especially when finding out you're expecting. I was also given incorrect information regarding the NIPT test it was not sent to natera and they have received my results but have yet to upload them. These test are very stressful enough waiting for and knowing they have them and have yet to release them makes the over all practice seem very unprofessional

I love that I can see the results to my test within a day or several days.

Marina was wonderful. She was kind, patient, and listened to all my concerns. She was knowledgeable and made have my yearly exam a comfortable experience. Highly recommend!

The nurse and doctor were awesome-super nice and friendly. Even though my English isn't great, they slowed down and explained things clearly, which I really respected. They had this thoughtful vibe, and their explanations were on point.The doctor even called me with my results and kept reminding me to find a primary doctor. Honestly, she just came across as genuinely kind and caring.

I always get good care with all medical team from check-in to duration of the appointment.

Bedside manner was lacking. Poor ability to explain recommendations other than simply recommending. Did not offer any information unless explicitly answering a question.

I'm glad my pcp is with Facey and I was scheduled with FNP Fraiman, it's been a bit difficult for me to get my Pap smear with other gyn's & FNP Fraiman was very patient, knowledgeable & understanding. I was able to get all my questions answered and completed my Pap smear. Thank you very much for having amazing providers & team for your patients.

Understanding and caring

I really enjoy seeing Marina Fraiman; she never makes me feel rushed, spends time asking me what I need, is kind and thoughtful. Seems to know who I am, comes into the exam room prepared and knows what medication I am taking, etc.

The Facey team was great. I was seen within 24hrs after calling for an appointment for an urgent matter. They were very accommodating and listened to my concerns. My provider was kind and compassionate and called me immediately when my test results came in.

After getting no where with multiple appointments with my primary care doctor I sat with an issue for entirely too long before setting up an appointment with Marina Fraiman. She saw me as soon as she had availability and answered questions and fixed my issues on the FIRST visit. I really wished I would have seen her sooner. She answered my questions and helped me while listening to my concerns.

Marina asked great questions which helped to uncover a misunderstanding about prescribed medication. Hopefully it corrects and alleviates the symptoms I was experiencing!
