I've always had good experiences at the clinic and hospital. Everyone is friendly and professional.

Speaking only about Jamie Straub, she seems nice enough however she just doesn't seem like she cares too much as she doesn't elaborate or say much about my concerns about whatever issue I'm visiting for. I've only seen her twice, I want to give her the chance (thinking maybe it's me) but both times I went away feeling the same way. It feels like she may be too busy or doesn't seem to really care. I want to feel comfortable with her but she just seems very disconnected or annoyed from me. Her staff are very nice and seem to care more than her. I don't want to give her a bad review but since I've felt the same way twice now and my purpose for the visit gave me very little to no information that resolves my concerns, I'm still not sure how to proceed. My last visit was for deciding how to proceed with treatment for major hot flashes and night sweats, brain fog and lack of sleep, I questioned whether or not to use hormone replacement or is something else better, the risks and side effects scare me. I am trying my best to learn and research but unfortunately I don't know what to believe. I had hoped my visit to Jamie Straub could help resolve or answer questions more. Maybe it's not a big deal, but as I said I still feel as concerned now as I did when I went in.

Even though I hadn't visited her in nearly a year, Dr. Straub seemed to remember what we had discussed during my last visit which was surprising and absolutely awesome.

I was about 1 hour early for my appointment, because of blood work, and the doctor took me in 1 hour early! Never had that happen before. Was very happy!

I can't believe how quick thorough , caring n kind I was seen n treated, in less than a week I was seen had labs ct scan and got results!!! I couldn't be AMYMORE PKEASED!! JAIME STRAUB WAS SO AWESOME!!!

This was a great experience. It was very easy to get scheduled within a couple of weeks, my wait time for the actual appt was very minimal, and on the day of the appt the reception staff, nurse, and doctor were all very courteous and made me feel comfortable in the facility.
