I showed up nearly 20 mins late due to my own confusion about the office location. (This was my first visit to the clinic.) The front desk greeted me very warmly, assured me they buffer for these things, and confirmed I would still be able to make my appointment. I was taken back shortly after and a very kind nurse checked me in, asking me all the questions and taking my vitals. We shared some laughs which calmed my anxious energy quite a bit. I was made very comfortable and felt very welcome. My doctor was very kind and approachable, matching my energy and humor. I was there for an IUD replacement which is a real test on all levels, but I could not have been happier about every part of my visit. I am so relieved to have found a women's clinic I hope to be a patient at for many years!

The day I went to my appointment all the staff were very friendly as was the doctor, very grateful to everyone for their attention and kindness thank you very much.

I was so incredibly happy with my experience with Stephanie Winn. I came in with concerns about endometriosis and she was the first provider in years to actually listen to me fully, believe me, and help me find some help. I came into this appointment ready for to fight for the care I needed but ultimately it was a super easy conversation because she immediately put me at ease and approached me with a very gentle and helpful demeanor. I would recommend her forever! I actually believe that she has my best interests in mind and actually took the time to talk with me thoroughly and consulted my past records to find the best care plan for me. I would see her for every problem I have in the future. I loved this experience so much!
