Excellent caring doctor. What is always frustrating is getting an appointment to see her or any doctor. It's next to impossible. They tell you to keep calling back. At some point, you just get frustrated and stop calling.

Dr. Tran is very kind and attentive.

This was my first visit with Dr. Tran as I was referred for a special procedure. I was not only able to talk to her about that issue, but she addressed all the gynecologic questions I had that day. I found her skilled, confident, down-to-earth and completely approachable with a fantastic bedside manner. I never felt rushed and always respected. Dr. Tran had a 3rd year family practice resident with her that day who did my initial history and evaluation. She too was a gem. I hsaw an ARNP in that practice a year ago and that experience was as bad as this one was good. I am so glad that when I called for the appointment and asked to see a physician for this visit, the scheduler was completely accommodating in granting that request. I had to wait about 3 months for the appointment and again 2 months for the procedure. Fortunately, the issue is important but not urgent so the wait is acceptable.

Dr Tran did a great job on my procedure and listened to any concerns I had. Communication through the online portal was timely.

This provider surprised me with the high level of care about me as an individual. She listened to my concerns, and helped me make a decision on how to proceed with my care.

When you are being seen for question regarding possible cancer you want answers now. I was uncomfortable waiting 6 weeks to be seen for biopsy. I was thankful to receive a call to move appointment time up by two weeks. No matter what, it's stressful when "Cancer" is a possibility. Dr. Tran was wonderful about calling me within the hour of receiving the results. Not sure if it's better to get results electronically before the Doctor has a chance to review and talk with patient. Dr. Tran spent plenty of time talking to me making sure I was comfortable with the results.

Appointment with Dr Tran was made by referral from my PCP office after an appointment with them. Appreciate them getting me as quickly as they did.

Dr Tran was very good explaining the result of my ultra sound and going over next steps for taking care of my medical issue.

Dr. Tran was AMAZING. She was thorough and took the time to listen to me and answer all of my questions. I was being seen at another health care facility before switching to Providence. After having this appointment, I was so glad I switched because Dr. Tran and the other staff all go above and beyond. They made my first visit wonderful and eased my mind.

Dr Tran listens and takes my concerns serious. Glad I was referred to her. My coworker wants to see her now!
