Dr Smith is wonderful but staff and nurses are not trained as they should be. Called and emailed a couple of times after surgery and response was poor and unwilling to get me in.

The wait time for this provider/ or type of provider is drastically too long and unacceptable for patients. I was fortunate that someone intervened for me. I was lucky and I'm incredibly grateful. I don't know why it happened but I am so happy it did, but I could've just as easily have not been that lucky.

Dr Smith talks fast. So being hearing impaired it sometimes is hard to follow conversation. But most of the time if an issue with review notes from visit in my chart.

He is an awesome Dr. Very caring and kind!

Larry Smith is, without a doubt, one of the best providers I have seen in my adult life. He comes Into the room having already reviewed, and retained to memory, details/updates in my chart and discusses things with me that are well beyond the scope of his specific department. He engages with me throughout the appointment, rather than staring at computer the whole time, like many providers do. He explains things scientifically accurate, yet makes them understandable to layperson. As a chronically ill patient with half a dozen providers, I can not express how much I appreciate having Dr Smith as one of them.

Dr Larry Smith is an awesome Dr. He explained everything to me in terms I was able to understand without any questions in my mind what he was talking about. When I asked questions about possible complications during the surgery I will be having he replied, "very good question" which put me at ease not feeling like I'm asking stupid questions or not understanding what he was explaining. I have had that in the pass with another Dr. I would recommend him to all my family and friends, also strangers. Thank you Dr Larry sir you are a blessed soul!!

Dr. Smith is awesome. Listens and understands concerns. He explains the plan and the reasons for the plan moving forward . Your office practice of collecting co -pays when patients have met their deductibles and out of pocket max needs to be better managed. Do not tell me that's my insurance's requirement . Other providers see my deductible and OOP max and do not collect.

Dr Smith and his care team have been wonderful. I understand how busy Dr Smith is. However I would not want anyone else to treat me.

Dr. Smith was able and willing to discuss details and results from my recent surgery that had raised some concern on my part when I reviewed the surgery notes. He scheduled additional bloodwork to rule out or identify the potential source of the issue beyond the observation made during surgery. This provided a large measure of relief, as well as confidence in the care I was provided.

No bad experience just too long to get an appointment

My experiences with this provider I had very positive results in 2009, 2013, 2025...I expect positive feedback and results for my next procedure sometime in 2026 because he is over booked

This was the first time I have seen Dr Smith. So we got what we needed to talk about done. He seems very considerate about my situation, he explained everything and I understand what is going to happen. I just wish it would not take until next year to get it done.

He was wonderful, knew about a past procedure from 18 years ago that he remember he had been consulted on. I thought another surgery would be recommended, but not so. He said the surgery from 18 years ago was good, maybe I could use a few more stitches. He gave me a prescription for a topical cream and an oral tablet, but said if it turned out to be expensive, not to get it, which was the case. Also gave me a suggestion for something I could do myself. We felt relieved and very impressed with his knowledge, experience, and caring attitude. We made an appointment for a follow up with one of his PA's in the clinic. And I know if the PA has any problems and wants to consult with him, he will remember me. Exceptionally sharp, one of the very best providers I have ever had.

He had so much information to give. He is an excellent expert and was able to explain it to me.

Dr Smith was concise, provided options, and led my Mom to make an appropriate choice for surgery. Dr. Smith is very professional and my Mom was impressed with how the appointment went.

Great guy, he knows his stuff and we trust him with my care and future surgery.

Dr. Smith spent more than adequate amount of time explaining all the options/courses of action. It was obvious that he had read my past medical history records. I truly appreciated all his time and patience as I asked many questions.

I depend on Dr Larry Smith to help me with my care, especially with the interstem implant. I wish there was regular time appointment to check on impact; at least every year. That is set up with date & time & then if need to see before can you could call in, but would have the appointment just for the implant.
