Visit was excellent

I am very pleased to be a patient of Nichole Perry. She has always offered exceptional service. She is patient, listens to my questions and concerns, and provides thorough responses that I can understand.

This was the first time I have seen Nickole Perry. I was very pleased with her and she was very good conducting my pap exam. I would definately recommend her.

Personally, neither the nurse nor the doctor were kind or a good afternoon greeting.

Provider spent less than 10 mins in room with me but noted that 50% of my 30 min appt was spent counseling me. The appointment felt rushed, she did not listen for fetal heart tones and I left feeling brushed off.

Provider only spent a total of 5 minutes with me. Not once did I feel like she cared what I was there for. In fact she came in and said my name like it was a question and she wasn't sure who she was even seeing. She seemed very frantic and like I was in fact a waste of her time today to see. I did not leave the appointment feeling heard nor cared for.

I'm new to this clinic and have 3 visits related to a specific procedure. Every person, from check-in to check-out, is professional and friendly. It was noticeable to me; that each small interaction really eased my nervousness. My provider was great, but I really want to complement the entire staff.

I have seen several providers over many years at APW and Nickole is by far one of the best providers I've seen. She is always punctual, attentive, efficient and makes sure all of my questions are answered during my visit. I recommend her to any woman I know looking for a new women's healthcare provider.

Nicole is excellent! It took me three and a half weeks to get in to see her. That bothered me. I used to be able to call and get seen within a week.
