This provider seemed very cold and phrased things in a way that did not feel kind or supportive (relating to things like the size of my baby, how she has been feeding and the struggles we have been experiencing with her tongue tie and trying to nurse.) Her suggestions were impractical and it felt discouraging.

She took the time to answer all our questions and make sure we were comfortable. We scheduled a follow up appointment and they helped us find a pediatrician closer to us. The whole team was so helpful and friendly took extra time to help us schedule a pediatrician appointment closer to us!
