Jeffrey I. Korchek, MD

Jeffrey Korchek, MD, is a board certified orthopedic surgeon. He is a native of the Los Angeles area and obtained his undergraduate degree at UCLA. He received his medical degree from the University of Southern California, Keck School of Medicine and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery through Loma Linda University and White Memorial Medical Centers. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgery (FAAOS), and is an active member of the California Orthopedic and California Medical Associations. In addition, Dr. Korchek has been a Qualified Medical Examiner for the State of California since its inception. Dr. Korchek's clinical areas of expertise include sports injuries, joint replacement/reconstruction and fracture management. Throughout his career he has been dedicated to providing the finest quality care for his patients in a warm, supportive and friendly environment. He respects the diverse needs of his patients and makes every effort to ensure they are addressed during the course of treatment. In many instances this involves utilizing appropriate conservative measures before surgery is required. Dr. Korchek has been a member of the Providence Saint Joseph Medical Staff since 1989, providing care in the field of orthopedic surgery.
