I also truly appreciate the fact that I didn't have to do the countless hours of footwork to obtain a surgical provider or other Providence providers such as the Physical Therapy that was contacted by my surgeon's office front office employees, who did everything for me to go to my PT appointments with no stress at all where I am treated with the same excellent healthcare ethics as everyone I have interacted with. I am so grateful to all of you for helping my pre operative surgical, surgical experience, hospital experience ( at Petaluma Providence) and my continuing care post operatively. The PA listened intently when I asked about hyaluronic acid as a supplement and recommended the injections as a possible treatment since both knees really hurt. We had a good conversation that went both ways. He respected my opinions and concerns and my research
