I went to see Jon for a 10 day post-op checkup and he was able to answer all the questions I had. He even showed me the arthroscopy pictures of my knee. He said things were looking good. I just have to be patient! Tough to be patient sometimes, especially since I am athletic. I'm already itching to go do things but I have to slow down and really let my knee heal before doing things I love again.

I appreciated Jon's thoughtful answers to my post surgery questions. And I especially am grateful for the prescription that helped me sleep better.

It's always enjoyable when I visitJon Onasaki for a check up. He is very caring and knowledgable. He is a great PA ("sidekick") to Dr. Bob Yin.

Jon Onosaki is is an outstanding medical professional. He is responsive when I have issues outside of normal appointment times. When I am in his office, I feel like he genuinely cares about my health issues and is empathetic. His questions are poignant to best understand my health issues.

Very thorough explaining my situation with a fractured hip

Jon was very aware that he had treated me several years with my knee issues. He calmly and thoroughly explained the gel injection procedure and what I could expect as well as how to properly care for it. He also suggested the possibility of an additional injection of cortisone , once this series If 3 consecutive gel shots were done, should he see a need. I very much appreciate his expertise and caring manner.

The provider I saw is excellent. He took time to discuss the progress I have made (from knee surgery), and also discussed my need and timing for my next knee surgery. He knows my medical history--but also always comments on things regarding my personal life that let me know he cares about the whole patient/person--just just the part that needs the treatment.

Every experience I have had with this provider prior to and after my surgery has been outstanding.

I was feeling anxious about my recovery following the arthroplasty procedure, but Jon reassured me that everything was progressing well based on the x-ray results. He took the time to demonstrate a specific exercise and recommended that I incorporate it into my routine. He also let me know that if I had any lingering concerns, I shouldn't hesitate to call or message him.

Excellent experience for follow up for recent surgery.

This was a post surgery follow up, the fourth since my surgery. I had a number of questions related to my current status and Jon listened and addressed the questions I had. There was no pressure to hurry up and finish, he was attentive and listened to what I had to say

Very thorough, personal and attentive. Dr.Yin examined my MRI together with me. He diagnosed and pointed out exactly where my supraspinatus torn was, why it needed surgery, consequences and benefits, as well as the expected recovery time. Jon Osaki has been very helpful throughout the recovery process. He gave specifics PT tips that helped to break my scar tissue and regain my range of motion 3 months ahead of schedule! Overall, Iam very pleased with my decision to choose Dr. Yin and Jon. I highly recommend them to others.
