Dr. Sampson was very pleasant and accepting of my daughter being at this appointment with me. She is my backup in case I forget important information.

I appreciate the on-call nurse who can answer questions and help with anything that comes up. They are very helpful. Dr. Sampson has been very encouraging and supportive in my care. My only comment is I think he could value the good work that the hand therapists do a bit more fully.

Dr Sampson explained my injury to me in an understandingly way. He provided multiple options for resolving my injury and once I made a decision, got me scheduled for surgery right away. Provider is the best orthopedic surgeon ever! He takes very good care of our child. He is also very knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that is understandable. The only thing I'd say I had an issue was when I called the office a couple months ago and left a message on the phone for his care team to call me back, no one called me back.

He is genuinely concerned with his patient's welfare and explains the surgical procedure and expected outcome very thoroughly. I appreciate the fact that surgery is not his first option, he frequently recommends other treatments and only considers surgery as the final option.
