Overall, a very good experience with compassionate and complete care.

Cy was excellent! I appreciated her visit on the day of surgery. She had great attention, and was very focused for our entire visit that day as well as in the post-op. I am a very detailed person so I sent along a document with questions to which she was fully attentive. I did not feel that she was rushed o rushed on to the next patient. She is warm, kind and knowledgeable.

The staff were extremely aware of my needs, especially my transportation return times and personally took me from the clinic all the way downstairs to a convenient place to wait for my ride back, even to where I could see my ride pulling in to the driveway to pick me up . It was so thoughtful and caring.

I appreciate the fact that this provider outlined several possible treatment modalities with surgery being way down the line. My old Orthopedic group basically wanted to do surgery and really didn't discuss other options outside of this. I feel she had my best interest in mind.

She was basically fine, but her responses seemed a bit robotic rather than genuine.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Soliman and I have to say, I was really impressed. She seemed very knowledgeable about ways to address my osteoarthritis, and she also had a wonderful "bedside manner". She definitely made me feel as though I was in good hands.

Cy was professional, competent, positive and kind; as was her assistant. I feel the front desk reception staff could say "good morning" and smile more. I was greeted with a very serious "what is your date of birth". I understand reception Is tough at times, but I was the only one in line at the time.

Was able to get in early. Provider was very easy to talk with.

You notch team - from reception to surgery to all the follow up. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Highly recommend

Provider experience overall was very good.Kind of confusing information about when to get a referral to schedule physical therapy but service provider was well informed and listened to my concerns and questions regarding my progress and ranges of motion after knee replacement.

We saw this provider seeking a SECOND OPINION about an ORTHOPEDIC condition. At this moment we are waiting for a schedule to open up so we can continue to pursue the resolution we seek. We were very impressed by this provider's professionalism. We are just waiting to see what happens next.

Everyone was very friendly and explained what they were doing/going to do... From reception to nurse to x-ray tech to doctor. I was VERY impressed by the friendliness and communciation while I was in the office. After appointment it took 4 days to get presecription called in. I called office twice and sent my chart messages. This was frustrating.
