Not only was my provider and his team professional but professional with a kind human nature. This gave me a feeling of security, comfort and trust in Dr. Chase and his team.

Chase did a great job numbing my thumbs and injecting steroids for my arthritis,

Chase always seems well versed on my history. I was a bit alarmed to find out the surgeon that was following my issues was no longer at Providence.

Dr Chase was a part of my surgery and all of the post ops following I am very happy with him and all of the fellow doctors

I felt like he completely understood the problem I was having and has given me a solution that leaves me without pain or very reduced pain. He listened and talked clearly so I could understand. He even showed me my x-ray and MRI which nobody had ever done that and it helped me understand what was going on. I very much appreciate the care I received from Chase.

Mr Chase, PA may be the best provider I have ever seen regarding my hand arthritis. He was amazingly informed and shared the information with me. He is also helping to arrange my thumb surgery.

I was at this appointment for a pre surgery consultation regarding trigger finger. Prior to this appointment was treated with a couple of injections, and the injections did not solve the matter and so I have asked to move to the next level of resolution for this matter, which Is a release surgery for the finger in question. The provider was well aware of all the information prior to my visit with him. I was very satisfied with knowing my provider knew my history per this matter.

Dr Kaufman was personable, very knowledgeable and although I didn't go there expecting anything, he was able to give me a steroid shot that actually is working wonders for my shoulder

The team at Providence are top notch. They are professional, knowledgeable and incredibly kind. I wish it were a little easier to reach someone to schedule surgery. That seems to take a fair amount of time just to reach the scheduler. Heavy workload I assume

Chase was very professional and provided me with the information I need.

I felt listened to at the front desk, my check in nurse was awesome, and Chase was able to articulate conversation and treat me as though I was cared about and a solution was possible. He also was able to review my other hand to address some concerns there. His bedside manner was superb and his attention to detail was appreciated.
