She was excellent. It was obvious she had reviewed my record and prior questions via MyChart, and she gave me very clear answers to all my questions. She gave me additional info, and was also very clear about each step as she administered my injection. She conveyed a general sense of excellent patient care - not just as a routine assembly line. I left with a lot more information and FAR more confidence in the office at this location than I did the last time when I was seen by another provider (I'm sorry I don't remember his name)..
