The receptionist is so friendly and makes you feel at ease before seeing the doctor. The nurses and the doctors are great with explaining things to you and listening to your questions and concerns

Dr Sprung was very thorough and patient. The nurse that was assisting him was not. She was not willing to listen to suggestions or figure out a way to make the clam shell cast work on my arm. My wife and the doctor we're able to figure out a solution. One size does not fit all.
