Dr Lin and I have Good rapport, I just have so many referrals right now, that I'm somewhat overwhelmed with making so many appointments,

Dr Lin and staff are great. Trying to get through to him by phone is terrible whatever has changed is not working. Also the lab wait is terrible. Again it used to be much better. The lab staff is kind and professional but the process to be waited on is not good especially when I am not feeling well and have to wait for 2 hours to get blood work done. Go back to the old way it was efficient same with the phone system.

Dr. Lin is helpful, knowledgeable, patient, great communicator and the best doctor I could hope for!

Just that there is always a time limit. I have a doctor in Belgium also and I can take as much time as I need to talk to him. American healthcare is profit oriented and it is not the fault of the doctor but the system. I like my doctor and he is proactive on what he sees and what he thinks I need. But little time to go into the history of my life or how I try to take care of myself.

This was the first time I met Dr. Lin. I was very happy with him.

I was hospitalized a couple of times and my doctor contacted me after I was home. This was a pleasant surprise and I felt he cared for me and my situation. Also had follow up calls from his staff which made me feel very good.

Dr Lin was very good. Asked me questions that my previous provider never asked. Was very concerned and asked me questions my other provider never asked which pertained to my health. I really like Dr Lin. He was very thorough and was concerned about my health.

He didn't seem to want to be there, didn't seem all that interested in what I had to say, and seemed to downplay my reason for being there.

Dr Lin is a skin & scuba diver, so he understands my special concerns about scuba diving in my 70's.
