ENT visit for ear cleaning needed every two months due to small canals, heavy wax build up, and use of hearing aids. One ear was getting infected. Dr Petty did a much better job than another ENT I had recently seen 2 months ago at another clinic three Rivers ENT in Kennewick WA. This appointment very satisfied with and I can hear much better and ears are improving.

I say Dr Petty for a problem with my left ear (going deaf) - he originally sent me to another specialist - who I did see then had MRI's done and the specialist referred me back to Dr Petty - he has now referred me to a special Audiologist to be tested for a special hearing aid for my left ear as surgery is not advisable as I get ear aches and an infection could case my ear problems to worsen - my new appt is in mid May the earliest one I could get - Dr Petty was thorough on making sure I understood everything that could be done for my problem
