Dr. Demars is an excellent physician. Hang on to him as he's a real asset to Kadlec.

Dr.demars was very rude to me and my father he made me feel dismissed and unheard. He used outdated scare tactics regarding surgical risks and was visibly impatient when I asked clarifying questions about my own medical records. He rolled his eyes when he was finished talking to me and made us both feel like an inconvenience.

Dr. Demars was very knowledgeable, courteous, and informative. His office staff was wonderful and expedient. Dr. Demars alleviated fears about underlying issues and made practical suggestions to help with symptoms.

Dr DeMars is always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He discusses treatment options thoroughly, makes recommendations on his findings, and leaves the decision to me. He answers all my questions in a way that's easy to understand, and is patient when I continue to ask more questions. I really appreciate him.

He was nice and friendly then asked a question that I neede time to respond to. I actually gave wrong answer, he seemed like he was in a hurry then, so I really do not think I got the cotprrect care. FUSTRATED as my ear is still bothering me and see no improvement after waiting 3 months to see hi,. Please give doctors time to help their new patients, I'm so disappointed!

My ENT within just a few minutes knew exactly what my concern was. He explained some of the anatomy to me which I really appreciated. He was extremely calm, knowledgeable, and obviously a seasoned ENT. I have already recommended him to a few people.

I was given a sheet to check a list of medical conditions. The doctor did not look at or review the list with me. I regret not being more assertive in requesting a review and discussion of the information provided which would have been helpful in diagnosing my situation and left with much uncertainty regarding the cause of my discomfort.
