I had initially wanted a provider I had seen in 2011, but he was booked out for 6 months. I really enjoyed Megan though - she was great!

I had a skunk blow out under my house the morning of my appointment. I was extremely embarrassed and was treated with absolutely kindness. This was a second opinion and I felt so much better leaving. I'm grateful I got in and feel safe in your hands.

Very thorough and friendly. I had a great experience with this provider.

It took months to get an appointment which sucked. But the physician I saw was great. She listened to me and is actually following up to find a solution for me. She noticed and acknowledged things that other docs blew off when I mentioned. I really appreciated being treated as if my symptoms are real and not in my head. Doesn't happen often. Need more like her.

Megan told me the good, bad and ugly of what to expect prior to my surgery. After surgery she answered questions and concerns and was pleasant to visit with. Her MA was also very sweet.

She was very nice. I had sinus surgery. I was still a little sore. I now feel I have much better breathing, opening up the airway. I'm getting used to the new me. I can really smell now.

I was referred by my primary care doctor to Spokane Ear Nose and Throat. I made the appointment but had to wait for a date nearly 3 months out. I was also not given an address. When I googled the name, I got an address on Mission in the Valley. However, when I showed up, the staff informed me that my appointment was for the office on Cataldo downtown, and that since I would not be able to make that appointment on time, it would be canceled. When I expressed my confusion and that I had waited so long to get an appointment, the staff told me to wait for a moment and they would see what they could do. As it turned out, there were two canceled appointments at that very time for Megan Bisbee, so they got me in with her immediately. She was very attentive and helpful, and I was grateful to see her. I would suggest that you differentiate the names of your facilities and provide the address with an appointment so that there is no confusion. Please also express my gratitude to the staff and to Dr. Bisbee for accommodating me so flexibly.

Megan was very clear as to what I should do following my visit and provided a follow up appointment time if needed. It was very much appreciated since I will be out of town soon.
