Dr. Cai really listened to what I had to say. He was thorough and going over my medical records. He connected all the dots of things that have been going on for years. I feel like there's light at the end of the tunnel and that we may finally have some answers.

The provider listened to the details and explained the working of my to ensure I understood what he was prescribing and why.He alerted me to the danger of one my prescriptions which was probably causing the anxiety I told him I was experiencing.Very personable young man with wide reaching knowledge.

Dr. Cai was very knowledgeable and thorough when discussing my cough. He prescribed allergy medication that I am currently taking. After two weeks I will contact him about whether my cough has improved.

He was very pleasant, friendly and spent a good amount of time with me. I contacted the office after the visit to change my pharmacy to a 90 day supply home delivery service. Within minutes it was taken care of. I received a message from the pharmacy that my order was being processed and would be mailed out soon. I've received a message within 2 days it had been shipped.

The front staff was courteous and helpful and real. And the provider was so kind and personable and talked openly to my 16-year-old son who had had a previous horrible experience with an ENT doctor. My son felt seen and heard and came home and implemented some of the suggestions the doctor made. He never told him what to do just made suggestions. Wonderful provider!
