Deanne was friendly and professional, and the process of ear cleaning was amazing! She was very gentle, done with a microscope, and a small tool, cleaning all the wax from my ears. There was a monitor to watch while she removed the wax. Very interesting and it made a huge difference for the hearing in one ear, the eardrum was totally covered with wax! She was very careful, thorough and calm. It was a good experience.

Dr. Bergh took the time so not to cause any dizziness when cleaning ear which I have experienced in past . That surprised and delighted me, I thought dizziness was just a part of the process but she made it effortless, I walked away very happy.

She was very kind and patient as I struggled with relaxing during the camera process.

I had the wax removed from my ears. The experience was not painful like I it was when I had someone else do it. I could see the wax in my ears and watch her take it out!
