Reception was very welcoming. However, the doctor's person who came out to get me was brusk and off putting. I felt unseen and not important to him at all. He seemingly barked through the necessary questions and gave no concern for me at all. I hope I don't encounter him again. He was horrible.

Dr. Palaskas is the first health care provider to listen and address my concerns. He immediately followed up. He is outstanding with his concern and care. I am very appreciative of being referred to him.

Dr Palaskas was very kind, considerate, professional & easy to communicate with. He provided me with many pages of helpful information.Unlike Evergreen Hearing audiologists, Dr Palaskas was helpful encouraging "masking" for tinnitus spikes. Evergreen audiologists were negative regarding masking & only pushed expensive hearing aids. I'm very grateful to have seen Dr Palaskas.

The appointment concerned my hearing loss or at least that's what I thought. Dr Palaskas spent the time listening to my symptoms and then conducted a thorough examination of both my ears, cleaned both ears and proscribed proper ear drops, suggested an ear drying method to prevent further infections and scheduled a follow-up appointment to ensure the infection has gone.

Obvious this doctor is an important expert in his field. ENT

Dr removed a ear tube that was giving me problems for several years. After removal Dr found 25% of my ear drug was torn. I am so glad the Dr listened to me and was able to remove the tube that ultimately caused the tear, so It can hopefully heal now. Very happy to have seen this Dr.

Dr. Palaskas was very attentive, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job of listening to my situation and coming up with ideas regarding it. The condition was no longer present by the time of the appointment, but I was able to describe it, and Dr. Palaskas did a good job of understanding the situation while adding relevant interjections. Additionally, he took care to understand my own knowledge of the subject, and speak at an appropriate level.

Dr. Palaskas listened carefully to my concerns and provided abundant information and interpretation of my medical data and concerns. I felt he was honest in his opinions and discussed alternate interpretations.

Doctor was great. He asked a lot of questions about my hearing and determined that I had liquid trapped behind my left ear. Then he fixed it with a stent in the eardrum.

Long wait time to see this provider, who is evidently the only ENT in the PacMed system who can help with my ears. Once I did get in to see him, he was extremely helpful, efficient, and kind. He also had practical suggestions that may help me in the future.

Dr Palaskas, ENT, listens to me, explains my test results and answers any questions I might have. He is very professional, knowledgeable on my issues, and takes time to explain in terms I understand. I moved from the East Coast and it took almost 2 yrs for me to find a general practice physician and the specialists I needed to continue watch on my historic and new health issues. The time spent on research and phone calls was worth it because I found Pacific Medical Centers; then found a location that I could drive to and, most importantly, I now feel I have an excellent team of Physicians, Specialists and Staff to help me through my health and medical care.

There was a very long wait time to get in to see provider at downtown Seattle location but clinic was great in contacting me when a cancellation happened. Provider is the best!!
