I love the team and they are all nice it is hard to get in to see get shot.

Awesome care from this office. Results from urine test obtained on my chart. Receptionist always know my name which makes me feel good. Valerie is awesome!

Ms Hillis is so kind. Often when sharing such a private matter, we "PM" woman can have an emotional moment. I did just that, I was so embarrassed. But also so thankful she has an outstanding bed side manor. For this I am grateful to know I am not only heard, but she facilitates a game plan! So thankful to this team! They all work so well together!

Excellent care for my back pain.

Valerie was a follow up for my Epidural a few weeks ago in my hip/ groin area by Dr Zepeda In Pain Management and he recommended an appointment for a small series of a special treatment in my lower back area. Valerie examined my pain spots based on their results of my special X-rays Dr Zepeda performed. Valerie set me up for that appointment in couple weeks to help relieve my pain of relaxing may painful area.

Valerie Hillis took the time to review my health record and find the answer to a question I had. She was very thorough and is very caring.

Too long a wait for visits with MD. Do not provide relevant scientific studies to support treatment plan. Ambivalent about side effects and efficacy of treatment.

Generally good access and seems to be competent care

I don't think she understood what my pain was I'm having. She didn't seem to reveal that info to the scheduler or directly to dr zepeda right away so I could be seen faster. I also had to wait a long time to see her. Even though I expressed how much pain I'm in, I know have to have a mri and that won't be till next week.

She has a friendly demeanor and shows empathy for the chronic pain that I have been dealing with for 15 years. Her suggestion for treatment makes me feel secure that I am being taken care of and not pushed out. I have seen improvement in the areas injected, which helps me with my daily life, it has put me in a better state of mind and it makes me feel hopeful.

I had a very good experience she explained all my problems in details

I unerstan that prescriptions of a controlled substance is controlled by the Feds, but she didn;t even try to work out a solution that would solve my problem and still keep the FEDS off her back. It is going to be her way or nothing at all.

This was the first time I saw Valerie. I thought she was very pleasant and I had a nice visit with her. I will definitely set up appointments with her in the future if necessary.

Went in with back pain, provider did not touch, examine or have me do any specific movements. Nor did she request for films. On reading the previous days MRI of the brain, w/wo contrast, she was unfamiliar with the neurological terminology.

Valerie was courteous and professional. I will continue to see her from now on.

Valerie is a nurse practitioner who was filling in for my pain doctor who was unavailable on short notice. She was a good listener, as I told her about my ER experience. She took copious [Name(s)] for Dr Ko, and gave me something to make me feel more comfortable. Then she helped me set up an appt with Dr Ko this Wednesday. She was friendly, asked timely questions, and agreed that I need to see Dr Ko soon - I had been in the ER in excruciating pain for 10 hours ; trying to get to the cause. Valerie did what she could do to help me, and was very supportive. She made me feel more confident about a good outcome

Everythig went well as expected from st judes heartage group

This was my first Zoom visit with this doctor! She was very attentive and let me explain the extra pain I had while we were on vacation, like having to sleep In different beds in different hotels! It was hard and my pain Increased a lot!! I was able to avoid taking extra pain meds except one morning I had to take 1/2 of a 7.25 mg [ID]! But I liked her! She seemed to understand!
