After initially visit this provider got me in next day appointment to give me some relief where I had right hip replacement!!

I only had a phone call with Hector which I preferred over a virtual. Hector was very nice and professional but he was my doctor's PA. That said, he didn't know anything about me or my health issues until I told him. But, he was very accommodating when I asked about further testing to determine the cause of my symptoms.

I have already referred a family member about going here. Hector is absolutely incredible and always listens to me and my issues. He makes life so much easier for a chronic illness person and I'm incredibly thankful to have him. Dealing with chronic pain is hard to find great doss who take you seriously and listen to your issues/concerns.

Hector always gives me excellent care and takes a lot of time listening to my concerns and always offers suggestions to help in managing my pain and readily gives me referrals for additional x-rays, CT Scans or referrals to other specialists. Hector genuinely cares for his patients helps them in any way that he can.

Hector is a great pain management doctor he explains to you in detail..

The building atmosphere, waiting room, front desk staff, and provider all wrapped in one very professional, welcoming, & helpful.

Hector is very bright. He knows his area cold. He also had either reviewed my chart b/4 he saw me or he is very quick as well. He pointed out a number of areas for improvement based on my blood work. Also a med affecting my kidneys; so I started tapering this med immediately.Dr. Ramchandani is a terrific pain doctor and this hire in Hector is exceptional. I will be seeing Hector regularly as I know Dr. Ramchandani's schedule is always booked way out and I am just a maintenance patient. Great practice!

I have always had incredible care here. No matter who I am seeing, everyone from the receptionist, to the MA's to the Dr.s, all are very professional and always helping the best they can. This is the best pain management team I have ever had.

This is my pain management Dr and I have a once a month appt. I schedule them 3 months ahead so I always have the date and time I want. If I need a procedure, it can usually be done in their office procedure room. All Dr's there are wonderful. Iwouldhighly recommend them, but you need a referral.

Heliodoro Magnana is by far the BEST provider I've had the honor of being a patient of. His care, concern, listening skills, solutions, referrals have all improved my life. Becoming his patient has helped me become more functional and begin to enjoy my life again. His passion for his work goes above and beyond provider I've seen in the medical field in 5 years. Specifically I see this provider for pain management for my arthritis and previous injuries. This team has always been excellent I've never had a bad experience. 2 months ago I was visiting with the provider and I showed him an injury that I had to my hand and as a courtesy he cleaned and applied some ointment and a bandage to my hand and I thought that was unexpected and over and above I was very pleased my hand is healed nicely
