I was initially concerned that I was not seeing an MD for pain management; however, for the very first visit Ms. Hyatt proved herself to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, and empathetic. I was quite impressed (& quite frankly, very surprised) by how thoroughly she had familiarized herself with my medical issues, and we discussed treatment options at length. I'm very satisfied with Ms. Hyatt and would not hesitate to recommend her services.

Janelle Hyatt Is extremely kind, empathetic, and professional. She listens well and always thoroughly answers my questions. She works hard to find medications that will help me. She seems very knowledgeable about pain management. She is direct and specific. She always treats me as an individual with legitimate concerns. She has never made unfounded assumptions and is genuinely interested in the things I say and the questions I ask. She always takes enough time with me. I am truly grateful for her care. Also, the MA who I see most often (I'm sorry - I can't recall her name right now) is also very kind, thorough, and supportive.

My doctor is friendly, knowledgeable, and always answers. Any questions I might have with answers that are easy to understand and give me lots of extra knowledge that is good to know about what medications I'm taking, and what interactions they might have with other meds I might be taking at the same time.
