First off, he needs to slow down between patients. He seems to get conversations mixed up along with what he's saying about prescription then when questioned, makes you feel like you're the one who's not clear on what you heard. As a patient who likes to think she's pro-active with her care suggestions and seems to know what does and doesn't work for her, being taken more seriously and listening (in my case reading) what I have to say is very important in gaining my confidence and trust. Showing signs of being irritated for asking clarification doesn't gain my trust. Having me go through procedures I have tried and failed despite vocalizing this also doesn't gain my confidence. I would prefer to seek another clinic where patients are listened to and encouraged to take an active role in decision making. All patients should be treated fairly and equal.

In the many many appointments I've had in this office over the last 5 or so years, there has been only 2 times that I waited an excessive period of time for the doctor to come into my room. I'm also someone who has empathy. Understanding that someone in another room obviously is in need of doctors care at the time.

I've been with Dtr. Rudolf for 20yrs he polite, listens well, covers all of my concerns, I'm extremely grateful To have him as my physician. Swedish has been great to me and family.

Dr Rudolph is an amazing doctor, without him I'd be suffering daily from a horrible colon surgery that went wrong!

Dr Rudolf isnt always 100% on time, but he is worth the wait as he provides high quality appts to myself and I'm sure others. He always asks questions about health and background questions to understand the the full picture of my pain and health situation and treats me as a whole person. He knows my family background and asks how they're doing, and encourages me in my general wellness journey where he can, especially where it can help my pain. We arent always simple patients and he takes the time to get to know us and pur whole journey which takes time

Dr Rudolf has a calm temperament and is attentive when I speak. He seems invested in his care for me and my pain; especially my quality of life. Living in daily pain for 20+ years changes you, and he helps me feel heard and understood. I'm so grateful and wish the new physicians could learn from him.

Dr Rudolf was absolutely fantastic as both a practitioner & a human being. I was very impressed with his expertise & knowledge. I look forward to seeing him again for acupuncture. He was very helpful.

Dr Rudolf treated me with acupuncture, and he treated me specifically to the current problem. I had just had teeth broken off. He did specific acupuncture for the pain and symptoms I was having. The result, the pain was completely gone for 30 minutes and minimized ever since. Outstanding help!

Dr. Rudolph is a competent care provider, however, whenever I have come for my required check-in appts, I have waited up to 1 to 1 1/2 hrs to be seen! He is always apologetic and trys to spend his minutes with me covering everything that is necessary. Some of my questions do not get addressed, but I still like this doctor!

Dr. Rudolf was inviting, calm, and informed. He asked appropriate questions to get to the root of my concern, and offered a variety of treatment possibilities, always letting me know the decision was mine. He clearly is an expert in his field, and I was treated on site, with great care and left feeling hope for the first time in years. His entire staff was respectful, and even humorous at times which made me feel so welcome. Definitely returning for this next level care.
