Dr. Christine Won and staff are always friendly and professional. We prefer to see Dr. Won all the time. She is always warm, caring, and listens throughly to my concerns and genuinely cares for my son and daughter. Most times she will stay late I noticed from the call times shown to return any concerns I have even after business hours. She always apologizes if she is late but this is because she takes the time to truly make sure each patient is cared for and answers all the parent's questions and concerns. We wish there were more than one of her or more genuinely caring pediatricians like her. The only con is scheduling appointments. It is a big negative if there are no availability until months out. It should not take more than four months to see Dr. Won but it's because she is such a popular and most sought out pediatricians at St. Jude. We are always happy with Dr. Won and staff. She is a wonderful and an amazing, empathetic, and kind doctor and person. Thank you.

I asked the provider to do an ear clean up to my daughter and she said yes. But didn't do it, also asked for blood test to check my daughter's anemia and test results were given by medical assistant but was not sure and said will call me back. And I'm still waiting to the call back

IVE ALWAYS LOVED DR WON AND WHEN I GOT NEW INSURANCE I WAS WORRIED I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO KEEP HER AS MY DAUGHTER'S PEDIATRICIAN. SO HAPPY IT WORKED OUT. IT IS A BIT OF A DRIVE BUT SHE IS WORTH IT.

Dr. Won should be the gold standard for anyone looking to improve their pediatric practice or any student interested in pursuing pediatric medicine. Over the last 4 years she has been consistent in her care of my children and her bedside manner in unmatched. I hear horror stories from friends and family about other practitioners and each time I recommend her practice and consider myself fortunate to have met her and have her looking after my little ones. She is kind, understanding, and knowledgeable. Dr. Won is fabulous and if she ever leaves Providence I'll be sure to follow her.

Dr Won is always so attentive, patient and thorough with both of my kids. She is so caring and goes above and beyond for her patients. We so appreciate her!

As always, my child's visit with Dr Won was pleasant, my child's development/health was assessed, and all our concerns were addressed. Even when my child cried during the visit, Dr Won took her time and tried to be gentle with him so he would get the check up he needed.
