When trying to schedule my daughters 2 months pregnant checkup I was given days way out in October by then my daughter would be 4-5 months making her vaccinations behind. I think they need to be more mindful of these things especially when it comes to small children & the importance of being vaccinated. Dr.Alejo was very kind & made me feel heard & expressed what a great job I was doing with my daughter. The front desk receptionist was good & made sure I had all the paperwork I needed

As a physician mom, I appreciate that pediatrician care at Providence remains to be physician driven. Dr Allejo is wonderful, knowledgeable and gentle, I trust him with the care of both my children.

We love Dr. Alejo! He is great with both of my sons and he always remembers their names as well as my husband's and mine. We never have to wait long for him to come in and he is very gentle with our kids. He is very informative and attentive. We always tell everyone how much we love our pediatrician!

Dr. Alejo is a one of the kind medical practitioner. My son has been seeing him since infancy and we have nothing but great things to say.

I usually go to the office in Chino Hills, however the time and date of the appointment at Diamond Bar fit better with my schedule. I am very aware that not all places and people are the same. However, I did feel in some ways there was lack of compassion, eye-contact and a rush to get out of the office by the assistant. Other than that, I wouldn't rate the experience BAD, but that is the only thing that I would say that threw me off during the visit. The doctor was kind, very informative and made me feel good about my son's visit.

The "No" reply to is this provider who we normally see only because this was our first visit ever. The provider provided thorough information about how or what he was going to check and gave reasoning why. He didn't necessarily explain what the illness was to my child but I think he had great respect and explanation of how he was going to examine which is sufficient. Office staff at front desk were all kind. I wish I had received better instructions on the mychart app.

Dr. Alejo was nice and explained everything in a simple way for us to understand. My daughter felt comfortable with Dr. We love the facility, very clean and quiet.

Dr. Alejo is consistently kind, patient, knowledgeable, and explains everything in a manner that is respectful, thorough, and easy to understand. His nurse tean is also exceptionally kind and attentive. I really appreciate this team and am considering making them our primary team.

I am very grateful for the care Dr Alejo give to my children when needed, he spent time with us and listen to all my concerns and explained so I can leave with answers and know what to do to help my kids.

Dr. Alejo is a great doctor, and am so glad that I found him. Our previous pediatrician moved away and we were still trying to find another with the right fit with our family.
