About James S. Kim
My goals with each patient interaction are to be a good listener, to offer helpful advice and solutions to whatever problems are presented to me, and ultimately, to be able to provide both quality and compassionate medical care.
I chose pediatrics because I really enjoy the warm, sometimes amusing and often unpredictable interactions with children. I find it very rewarding to be able to work with parents to keep their children healthy and happy and to help advocate for whatever needs they may have.
Please note, there is nothing more important to me than the health and safety of your children. As a strong advocate of vaccinations, I believe that ensuring the children who visit our office are fully vaccinated is the single most important thing I can do to keep your children and your community safe. If you choose not to fully vaccinate your child, another physician may be a better fit for your family. If you have questions or would like more information on vaccinations, please call our office.

We enjoyed our first visit w/dr Kim. It just took much longer than we anticipated because there was a student working with him. So we had more waiting in the room than I prefer and we were in the appointment time for an hour which didn't feel necessary. Normally doesn't bother me with longer appointments, except we had an appointment afterwards to go to and we're running behind to. The care was thorough and good from both the doctor and student. No challenges with quality of care.
