We originally were supposed to have a different Dr when my son had his first appointment after birth but Dr Taguchi was the only one available at that time. I remember feeling so seen and heard after meeting her. This was very important to me as I was navigating motherhood for the first time. After that initial meeting, my husband and I decided to stay with Dr Taguchi as our son's primary provider. Since then, she has been such a joy to work with. She makes us feel like our son is getting the best care possible.

My experience was good. Our appointment was at 4:15, we arrived at 4:10, we waited for about 5 minutes, and then they called us in. Then we waited bout 3 min for Dr Naho to come into the room, where she took the time to listen to my daughter and asked follow-up questions. To be on the safe side, we were sent to do an X-ray and then went home. 1 hour after the visit, I got a call from Dr. Naho that everything looked good on the exam, and that we would be moving forward with physical therapy. This visit left me with a fast result of peace of mind

We had been working with St.Joe's for our children't pediatric needs since our oldest was born, insurance forced us to leave last year and we had no choice BUT to go to memorial care. When we were able to change insurance, we could not WAIT to be back in this office. Dr. Taguchi is new to us, we had worked with Dr. Bartlett prior to her new position and Dr. Tran. Dr. Taguchi is a wonderful addition to the team and we are so grateful to be able to have them as our pediatrician again!

I came in to see the doctor and left crying. I did not appreciate her personal opinion about autism being genetics. I didn't not ask for her opinion on this matter. I just needed referrals to get him started on being diagnosed. Doctors need to be more understanding about sensitive situations that they themselves have not gone through.
