We love Dr. Wu. I have had experience with other providers and she is #1! Not only do both my children receive excellent medical care from her, she always listens to my concerns as a Mom. I worked in the medical field for many years.Dr. Wu is top-notch. Her bedside manner is one of the best. I trust her medical advice and treatment.

I love how conservative Dr. Wu was when ordering an X-ray for my child.

The doctor and nurse were very kind and very detailed in explaining the appointment and follow up.

Dr. Lai-Wu is friendly and patient. My daughter isn't afraid of seeing her doctor. Dr. Lai-Wu explains things to both myself and my daughter and always explains what she is about to check so my daughter is aware.

The entire visit was pleasant and efficient. Check in was friendly, the nurse who administered the 3 vaccine shots was especially kind and patient, while keeping a professional demeanor. I appreciated the respect she showed my middle school aged daughter as she explained what would happen. Dr. Wu is the best pediatrician/doctor we could've asked for. She always greets us with her warm smile, explains her observations and recommendations, always has time for questions-never shows that she is in a rush to get to next patient even during busiest of days. I want to especially highlight the teams's effort in providing me with a medical print out of my daughter's vaccine shot she received during the visit. The young lady who worked the check In desk was kind enough to help expedite it. I know it also required the nurses/doctor to update the system as well. I just want to express my gratitude for accommodating the request and for always making our doctor visits feel like visiting our healthcare family.
