Dr. Paolo was amazing

Everything was perfect and I felt much better with excellent results with the procedure and treatment I received.

Dr. Jorge Is an excellent pain management doctor. He's a good listener, pleasant, knowledgeable, and I feel confident being under his care.

I felt that Dr. George lacked empathy for me. He entered the room and did not even greet me, he apperared to be in a bad mood and raised his voice to me and the satff because I was not psitioned properly. The nurse tried to expxlained that I had catarat surgery a week before and needed to have my head up and he cut her off. When he finished the procedure he just left without saying anuthing. In general his demeanor I not pleasant al least with me. I feel that Dr. George is a very capable doctor but he also needs to show that he cares about his patients. All my other doctors are polite and respectful. I have no complaints about the staff and the nurses wheo are always kind and respectful at the pain managemmet group. My only concern is that the appointment are given months in advance. I attempted to reschedule my appointment due to a recent cataract surgery for which but the alternative was 5 months after. Oythern tnan that I am very satisfied with my medical care .

Dr. Jorge gave me an epidural steroid shot so there was not a lot of conversation. I did tell him that I do not like pain, so I think he gave me additional medicine to reduce any pain when he gave me the shot. Also I did ask him about the tingling in my leg and foot so he did explain that the tingling was worse than the pain.

I saw D. Jorge recently and he seems to be a very knowledgeable doctor. He is a bit on the quieter side but very nice. I came in for testing and I wished I had more time to ask him some questions. I also had to wait a long time in the room for him before he came in to do the actual test on me.

His medical team did all the work he came in, gave me the injection in my back and answered one question. I asked him and walked out.. I saw him in May and he ordered a MRI couldn't get the appointment for this injection till now in October and I didn't have never talked to him afterwards. I've always talked to his PA and now I have a appointment with the PA in a month the Assistance at the hospital did a wonderful job and if it wasn't for them, I would've been very very unhappy. He knows what he's doing. He just doesn't have the bedside manners that he needs.

Always a good professional Dr and staff at this location. I'm thankful for their professionalism and knowledge of my issues.

I got what I was there for and I'm doing better.

I like Dr. Jorge and his staff very much. It's just a very long wait time for appointments when you need to see him. But I know he has a very large patient load. He is very busy. But as a patient that deals with chronic pain every day I appreciate his care and expertise.

Dr. Jorge has made my life so much easier and painless. I am very pleased with him.

Communication is lacking, as a pain management office it seems like the "rules" change without the patients being advised until after the fact. Never speak to the Doctor only th PA or NP . Emails on my chart take up to a week or more to get an answer.

Like my previous two visits, Dr. Jorge was cordial and punctual. He adequately explained the procedure and wasted little time. He displayed compassion and a concern for my situation. My only concern with the Pain Management Center is that it took four months to get an appointment for my needed procedure. That is NOT directed at Dr. Jorge.

Did a careful procedure.

I was there for some nerve blocker injections for my lower back. The procedure was done quickly and with care and it took less than an hour. Everyone was very kind and attentive.

I felt that I was in very good care very safe. The doctor was very knowledgeable and very explanatory in the procedure and explain the outcome.

I had a lumbar spine injection but it was so hard to talk to the dr. Just to even ask a question re my meds b/c he left the room immediately. I had to begged the MA to ask Dr. Jorge if I can stop my meds in lieu of this procedure, after a long wait he finally came to talk to me and addressed my concerns.

This is the second time I have seen DR. Jorge for a nerve block injection. I have been satisfied both times although there is no discussion time. I would see him again if my pain returns.

Doctor Paolo is a good doctor who is very busy as his waiting room is almost always full, the staff I have dealt with are friendly and personable.

I was in the clinic to receive a spinal injection to help relieve serious lower back pain as well as leg pain. The results were excellent. (I had received the exact injection once before from the same doctor. )

This experience was better than the last one with the previous doctor.

I absolutely love my doctors with St Jude and my chart. Everything is very helpful.

Dr. Jorge is a great doctor and very knowledgeable. He treats my back problem. The treatments usually don't last for more that 2 to 3 weeks, the the pain sets in again. He is a hard man to talk with at times. After he injects me, he is gone. This last visit, I never saw him. I only heard his voice and answered his questions.

Dr. Jorge really understood my issue with shoulder and gave me great care. He is a gem.
