About Mikaela Miele
Mikaela grew up in Lake Tapps, Washington. She grew up swimming competitively and swam for New Mexico State University in college. In college, she discovered that her passion was Physical Therapy after being in rehab for a running related injury. In therapy, Mikaela learned the importance of having a structured exercise plan, accountability, and an objective eye assessing form. Mikaela valued the guidance and relationship she made with her Physical Therapist which inspired her to work in this field and help people regain control of their lives.
