Doctor did not come in room prepared. He spent the first minute just reading my chart in the room with me while I sat there in silence waiting for him. I did not like that. Would have been better if he did that prior to entering the room.

DR. Lee always helps me in discussing my orthotics and to help adjust them in treating plantar f aciitis and right knee pain after knee replacement..He is a very good listener, and is patient and has a kind bedside manner. I appreciate all his efforts with me.

Dr. Lee ordered new insoles(arch supports) to replace the ones that were worn out. He also made a physical therapy referral for my flat feet and an appointment to have calluses and toenails trimmed.

I had hoped to hear more about an array of options I might want to consider to resolve the problems I have with my feet. I had also hoped he would ask more in-depth questions of me as to what I am seeking as the preferred outcome of treatments and/or other more aggressive methods that could be considered.He did give me some details but it seemed a little limited. Perhaps it's his style of how he interacts with the patient.
