Overall my care provider, Chyntia Wilcox was easy to accommodate and very friendly and she will let you feel what matters to me matters to her.

Dr Wilcox is great! I don't like the Pac Med/Providence system and will be looking for another care provider when Dr. Wilcox retires.

Best doctor

Dr. Wilcox is an incredible primary care doctor. She is thorough, kind-hearted, and provides great care every time I see her. I feel like she truly listens, has good advice, and makes me feel like she cares about my well-being.

I saw Dr Wilcox because I needed to know Immediately whether a piece of my hearing aid (which had broken off) was lodged in my ear. My audiologist (not at PacMed) was not available. Dr Wilson confirmed that the ear canal was clear. She also notified me that I could get a covid shot (I thought I was not eligible yet), and I was very happy to get it then.

Dr. Wilcox is an excellent physician. One of the best that I have had.

I appreciate Dr. Wilcox tremendously. She is always patient and solicitous and takes time for me. She is respectful of what I say. These things are huge. This is why I continue to drive an hour to be able to see her. The fact that your telephone wait times are enough to raise my blood pressure, the wait music is inane in the extreme, and appointments are WAAAAY far out, has nothing to do with Dr. Wilcox; I just wanted you to know.

Great that a significant portion of support staff have been with the company for 10 yrs +. We have seen our family care provider for over 20 yrs!
