This was my first appointment with Dr. Shen. My husband had her for a doctor and I asked if I could see her also. Although she wasn't taking any new patients, she was willing to take me on. In the meantime, my husband had passed away a couple months ago. She was upset and worried about me and spent enough time with me to make me feel comfortable with her and she listened to all of my concerns. I am very happy that I was able to have Dr. Shen as my doctor I had to get a new doctor as my other doctor did not take Medicare.

Dr Shen is a great PCP, both encouraging and supportive regarding recommendations and routine care. The entire staff at the clinic is helpful, courteous, responsive and respectful. This includes nurses, aides, lab staff and the counter staff. I usually actually enjoy my visits and leave feeling more positive about my health!
